  1. Háblame mucho
    Háblame mucho es una escuela de enseñanza de español online con sede en Valencia, España.

  2. Clientes
    Estudiante: persona física o jurídica que contrata la prestación de un servicio de enseñanza de español como lengua extranjera que ofrece Háblame mucho.
    Empresas: entidad que contrata un servicio de enseñanza de español como lengua extranjera ofrecido por Háblame mucho.

  3. Prestación de los servicios de español
    Se lleva a cabo a través de herramientas como Google Hangout o Skype.
    Háblame mucho adapta sus servicios al nivel de conocimientos de español del alumno y a las necesidades específicas del mismo.
    El alumno declara conocer y aceptar su grado de competencia comunicativa en español ya que Háblame mucho le ha informado por vía escrita, a través de un correo electrónico, y por vía oral, durante la primera lección, de dicha competencia comunicativa.
    El grado  de competencia comunicativa del estudiante ha sido establecido por Háblame mucho mediante un test de nivel, una entrevista gratuita de 15 minutos o la primera lección con el estudiante.

  4. Formalización de la matrícula
    La matrícula en el curso seleccionado por el alumno o la empresa contratante se realiza a través de página web www.hablamemucho.com. La formalización de la misma  se hace mediante el pago anticipado por el alumno de la totalidad de las clases contratadas y previa aceptación de los presentes términos y condiciones de la prestación de los servicios.

  5. Forma de pago
    El pago se realiza de forma anticipada al inicio de las clases o cursos contratados y por medio de la plataforma Paypal. Se accede al pago a través de la pestaña Cursos (selección de curso, nivel y cantidad de horas).

  6. Materiales del curso
    El precio del curso y/o de las clases contratadas por el estudiante o la empresa contratante incluye el número de horas contratadas con un profesor de la plantilla de Háblame mucho. Estas horas se imparten a través de videoconferencia con herramientas como Google Hangout o Skype.
    Háblame mucho proporciona a los alumnos los materiales básicos necesarios para cada curso. En situaciones particulares puede ser recomendable que alumno adquiera algún manual de español indicado por Háblame mucho, cuyo gasto correrá a cargo del alumno.

  7. Cambios del curso y/o de las clases
    La fecha y la hora de la clase se acordará de mutuo acuerdo por parte de Háblame mucho y del estudiante o empresa contratante.
    En el caso de que se produzca un fallo técnico que impida realizar la clase de español y este fallo dependa de Háblame mucho, Háblame mucho ofrecerá al alumno o empresa contratante la posibilidad de recuperar su clase en otra fecha. En ese caso, Háblame mucho y el alumno o la empresa contratante establecerán de mutuo acuerdo una nueva cita para la realización de la clase.
    El alumno o empresa contratante podrá cambiar el horario o la fecha de clase hasta 24 horas antes del horario concertado (horario español) para la misma. Para ello tendrá que ponerse en contacto con Háblame mucho por escrito mediante un correo electrónico a la dirección hola@hablamemucho.es comunicando la situación. Háblame mucho y el alumno o la empresa contratante de mutuo acuerdo concertarán otro horario y fecha para la realización de la clase.
    Si el alumno no asistiese a una clase o no comunicase por escrito vía mail a Háblame mucho (hola@hablamemucho.es) en el plazo establecido su intención de cambiar la cita para la realización de la misma, éste perderá su derecho a recibir la clase no estando Háblame mucho obligada a la devolución del importe de dicha clase.

  8. Condiciones de cancelación
    El alumno o la empresa contratante podrá anular su clase o curso de español hasta una semana antes del inicio del mismo.
    Para anular una clase o un curso el alumno o la empresa contratante tiene que ponerse en contacto con Háblame mucho por escrito a través de a la dirección hola@hablamemucho.es solicitando la anulación de la clase o del curso.
    Háblame mucho responderá a dicho correo electrónico lo antes posible confirmando al alumno o a la empresa contratante la anulación.
    En el caso de haber anulado la clase o el curso con una semana o más de antelación, Háblame mucho devolverá al alumno o a la empresa contratante el importe pagado en su totalidad.
    En el caso de haber anulado por escrito a través de a la dirección hola@hablamemucho.es la clase o el curso con menos de una semana de antelación, Háblame mucho devolverá el 50% del importe pagado por el mismo.
    Si el alumno o empresa contratante no anulase por escrito la clase o cursos contratados perderá su derecho a recibir la clase o curso. Además,  Háblame mucho no estará obligada a la devolución del importe pagado.

  9. Validez
    A partir de la fecha de compra/pago el alumno o la empresa contratante tiene 3 meses de validez para recibir las clases sueltas, bonos de clases o cursos contratados.
    Si el alumno o la empresa contratante no ejerciera su derecho a recibir la clase, el bono o el curso contratado dentro de los 3 meses posteriores a la fecha de compra/pago, Háblame mucho no estará obligada a la devolución del importe pagado.

  10. Baja por impago u otros.
    Háblame mucho se reserva el derecho de dar de baja al alumno o a la empresa contratante en caso de impago del importe de los cursos o clases, o por motivos que interfieran en el cumplimiento de las condiciones arriba descritas.

  11. Carácter no oficial de la enseñanza.
    La enseñanza impartida por Háblame mucho no conduce a un título con valor oficial.

  12. Legislación aplicable y jurisdicción competente.
    Háblame mucho es una sociedad establecida en España y regida bajo la legislación española, por lo tanto a la contratación de servicios con Háblame mucho por parte de estudiante o la empresa contratante le es de aplicación la ley española. Las posibles controversias suscitadas entre ambas partes en relación a la interpretación y cumplimiento del contrato y de los presentes términos y condiciones se someterán a los juzgados y tribunales de Valencia (España).

Terms and conditions

  1. Háblame mucho
    Háblame mucho is an online school of Spanish with based in Valencia, Spain

  2. Customers
    Student: natural or legal person who contracts services for learning Spanish as a second language offered by Háblame mucho.
    Companies: organisation which contracts services for learning Spanish as a second language offered by Háblame mucho.

  3. Provision of Spanish teaching services
    It is accomplished through tools like Google Hangout or Skype. Háblame mucho adapts to the student’s Spanish level and his/her specific needs.
    The student states knowing and accepting his/her level of communicative competence in Spanish, as Háblame mucho has already informed him/her in written form, via email, or in spoken form, in his/her first lesson.
    The student’s level of communicative competence is determined by Háblame mucho through a level test, a free 15-minute meeting or the student’s very first less.

  4. Apply for Registration
    The course registration is applied for by the student or the company who wishes to contract the teaching services on the web www.hablamemucho.com. The registration is obtained by prior reimbursement of all the classes which the student wishes to contract, as well as by prior acceptance of the services’ terms and conditions hereby mentioned.

  5. Payment Terms
    Payment will take place prior to the start of classes or hired courses using Paypal. You can do so on the Courses section (select course, level and number of hours).

  6. Course Materials
    The price of the course or of the classes hired by the student or a company includes the number of hired hours with a teacher from Háblame mucho. These hours are taught through video-conference with tools like Google Hangout or Skype.
    Háblame mucho provides students with the needed basic materials for each course. In specific situations it could be advisable that the student chooses a Spanish manual indicated by Háblame mucho, although this would be at the student’s expense.

  7. Course and/or class changes
    The date and time of classes will be set by mutual agreement of Háblame mucho and thestudent or company hiring the teaching services.
    If there was a technical problem which stops the student from having his/her Spanish class and which depends on Háblame mucho, Háblame mucho will offer the student or company hiring the services the possibility of retaking the class at a different date. In this case, Háblame mucho and the student or company hiring the services would set a new date for the class by mutual agreement.
    The student or company hiring the services will be able to change the time or date of the class up to 24 hours after (Spanish timing). In order to do this, they will have to get in contact with Háblame mucho in written form on the email hola@hablamemucho.es, and they will have to inform of the problem. Háblame mucho and the student or company hiring the services will set by mutual agreement a different time and date for the class.
    If the student didn’t attend the class or didn’t inform Háblame mucho via email hola@hablamemucho.es of his/her wish to change the class date in the following 24 hours, the student will lose the right to have the class and Háblame mucho will have no obligation to give a refund for the class.

  8. Cancellation Conditions
    The student or company hiring the services can cancel a Spanish class or course up to a week before its start.
    In order to cancel a class or course, the student or company hiring the services will have to get in contact with Háblame mucho in written form on the email hola@hablamemucho.es requesting for a class or course cancellation.
    Háblame mucho will reply with an email confirming the cancellation as soon as possible.
    If the class or course has been cancelled one week in advance, Háblame mucho will provide the student or company hiring the service a refund of the whole amount.
    If the class or course cancellation has taken place with less than one week in advanced in written form on the email hola@hablamemucho.es, Háblame mucho will refund 50% of the total amount.
    If the student or company hiring the services didn’t cancel the class or course in written form, the right to have the class or course will be lost. Moreover, Háblame mucho will not be obliged to a refund of the amount paid.

  9. Validity
    The student or company hiring the services has 3 months validity from the purchase/payment time to have the different classes, class packages or courses hired.
    If the student or company hiring the service didn’t exercise their rights to have the class, package class or course hired, Háblame mucho will not be obliged to refund the amount paid.

  10. Withdrawal due to non-payment or other cases
    Háblame mucho reserves the right to withdraw the student or the company hiring the services due to classes or courses non-payment or due to any other reasons that interfere with the compliance of the conditions hereby described.

  11. Non-official Education
    The teaching services provided by Háblame mucho does not lead to any official certification.

  12. Applicable legislation and relevant jurisdiction
    Háblame mucho is a partnership based in Spain and ruled under Spanish legislation, therefore the Spanish law will also apply for the student or company hiring services from Háblame mucho. Any possible controversies that may arise between both parties regarding the interpretation and compliance of the contract and the terms and conditions hereby detailed, will abide by the courts in Valencia (Spain).

We are María José Solomando and Estrella Redondo, your teachers of Spanish with a long accredited teaching experience. You will be with us and speak to us every minute of your Spanish class. We both have a Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish Language. We have been widely trained and have consolidated experience as teachers of Spanish as a foreign language (ELE) to students from all over the world.

We are aware of our students’ different needs and know how to motivate them so that their learning process of Spanish is fun and satisfying. Moreover, we believe our students need to get familiar with real language.

DELE DELE exam (Diploma de Español Lengua Extranjera, título oficial del Instituto Cervantes)
If you wish to have an international official certificate of your level of Spanish (A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, C2), which is valid all over the world, you can obtain a DELE certification. Háblame mucho will prepare you to pass this examination, with which you obtain the official certificate from Instituto Cervantes. * We recommend approx. 30 hours to acquire this level.

Would you like to know what your Spanish level is?

Háblame mucho wants you to make sure what your level is so that you register in the appropriate course. Therefore, in our homepage you will be able to find a Level Test that will be sent automatically to Háblame mucho.
After your teacher will get in touch with you as soon as possible in order to set a free 15-minute online meeting, in which you will know your test results.

How do I book a free 15-minutes online meeting with my teacher?

We offer you a 15-minute online meeting for you to get to know your teacher and so that you can solve your doubts about your course in Háblame mucho. You can book this meeting from Monday to Wednesday, from 14.00 to 16.00, Spanish times.

How can I register in a Spanish course?

You must click on ‘Courses’ and select the course and level in Háblame mucho that you are interested in. Háblame mucho recommends a minimum of hours depending on the level and the course, so that you acquire the results you wish to have.

How can I pay?

Háblame mucho uses Paypal as a payment platform, as it is considered to be one of the most secure and effective all over the world. In the ‘courses’ section, you can look for the course you would like to take (general, official exam preparatory courses or personalised courses adapted to your needs) and the level (we recommend to take the initial level test that Háblame mucho offers you). Once you have decided the course and level, select the amount of hours you would like your course to have. After this, you will automatically have access to Paypal and you will be able to buy the course quickly and comfortably.

How to use Google Hangout or Skype?

Both Google Hangout and Skype enable you to make video-calls, through which you will take your Spanish classes in Háblame mucho; therefore, the first thing you should do is check your Webcam, your microphone and your speakers work correctly. Besides, your internet connection needs to be high-speed broadband.
Google Hangout works with Gmail, thus you will also need to have a Gmail account. Finally, all you need is add your teacher in Háblame mucho to your contact list.
To use Skype you need a Microsoft account (Hotmail, Outlook.com, Messenger or SkyDrive); then you need to download Skype (http://www.skype.com/es/download-skype/skype-for-computer/) on your computer and log-in. Finally, add your “Hablame Mucho” teacher to your contacts list.

How can I book my class times?

To book your class times, please follow the instructions you will receive with a welcoming email. You are explained how to create and use the calendar in Háblame mucho. In order to select the time wished you will have to follow these instructions.
If the calendar didn’t work, you can send an email to hola@hablamemucho.com applying for a date and time of a class, at least within 48 hours in advance.
Háblame mucho will get back to you via email with a confirmation of your booked date and time or offering you a different date and time if needed.

What happens if if there is a technical problem on Háblame mucho’s side that stops me from having my Spanish class?

Háblame mucho will offer you the possibility of retaking your class in a different date.

What happens if there is a technical problem on my side that stops me from having my Spanish class?

Háblame mucho will do its best for the student to retake the class in the dates the student proposes, although there won’t be an obligation to do so.

How can I change my class date/time?

You can change your class time, if it is at least within 24 hours in advance (Spanish time).
Write an email to hola@hablamucho.es. Háblame mucho will write back to you as soon as possible confirming the cancellation of the class and offering you another date for you to retake your class.
If you change your class within less than 24 hours (Spanish time) you will lose the class and the amount payed for it.

What if I don’t attend a class or I don’t inform of my desire of changing a class time or date within 24 hours in advance?

If you don’t attend class or you don’t inform your desire of changing a class time or date via email to Háblame mucho (hola@hablamucho.es.) in the established time, you will lose your right to take your class. In this case, Háblame mucho will not refund the amount payed for that class.

How can I cancel my Spanish class or course?

You can cancel your Spanish class or course up to one week before its start.

How can I withdraw if I have to cancel my Spanish course?

In order to cancel your class or course, write an email to hola@hablamucho.es requesting for a cancellation of the course.
Háblame mucho will write back to you as soon as possible confirming the cancellation.
If you had cancelled the class or course at least one week or more in advance, Háblame mucho will refund the complete amount payed for.
If you had cancelled the class or course less than one week in advance, Háblame mucho will refund 50% of the amount payed for.

How long are valid the courses I bought?

The expiry date of spare classes, class packages or courses are 3 months from the date of its payment/purchase. If the student or company hiring the services do not exert their right to take the class or course hired within the following 3 months from the payment/purchase date, Háblame mucho will not be obliged to refund the amount payed.
